Return / Exchange Policy

Each Elegant Beading piece is custom, made to order.  Once you've chosen the pewter piece and the beads/stones, artistic license is used to complete the item.  Of course, much care and thought is put into each piece.  A digital picture of the finished product can be sent to prior to mailing.

You may exchange a piece, once, for another piece of equal or lesser value, or have the original piece re-embellished of not satisfied.  Cost to ship the piece back to Elegant Beading would be left to you but Elegant Beading will pay the cost to send back.  We are proud to say that Elegant Beading, to this point, has never had a piece exchanged.
